two principles of quick-drying fabrics

1. Physical methods. Changing the cross-sectional shape of the fiber, mostly "+" and "Y", forms a groove on the surface of the fiber, which allows the sweat to quickly reach the outer surface of the fabric by wicking.

2. Chemical methods. Using a method of blending with a polymer containing a hydrophilic group and a two-component composite co-spinning, such as polyester and other hydrophilic polymers, compounding and co-spinning with a twin screw to produce a profile having a sheath-core composite form The cross-section moisture-absorbing and quick-drying fiber, that is, the hydrophilic material is used as the core layer, and the conventional polyester is used as the skin layer, and the two components respectively function as hydrophilic moisture absorption and moisture guiding.
