Status of printing and dyeing talents

The printing and dyeing industry has exceeded 300,000 employees, most of whom are industrial workers in the first-line operation. The level of education is generally not high. Most of the management and technical backbones of enterprises are also practical talents who are half-way out of the way. The situation that does not understand management and understands management does not understand technology.

Take a printing and dyeing factory as an example. Nearly 80% of the whole factory is junior high school and below, and some even have primary school education or illiteracy. From the perspective of academic qualifications, the management talent resources that constitute the backbone of the company are obviously insufficient, and only 10% of the company's junior college and above employees, of which few have taken up management positions, resulting in low management qualifications and high academic qualifications. The proportion of posts is low, there is a disconnect between the talent echelon construction, and the lack of a group of highly educated and high-quality compound talents is the talent dilemma faced by most printing and dyeing enterprises. It promotes industrial upgrading and technological innovation in the entire industry. In the context of improving hardware facilities or software functions, training a group of high-quality compound talents is an important factor for the future development of the company and one of the magic weapons to maintain sustainable competitiveness in the future.
